Hugo teamed up with rescue and survival suit veteran, Hansen Protection and set out to solve one of the key features of their products: How to make a watertight yet comfortable and easy to open neck seal for their suits? Our solution is simple and effective. An ergonomic, comfy double layer neoprene collar that is easy to open and adjust when the user does not need full water protection, yet seals up when needed and fits a greater variety of necks than the stiff and uncomfortable watertight zippers that will pinch your neck. This collar has been implemented on the work-suits and pilot suits where comfort plays a greater role than on survival suits.
